Channel 13 Israel reported that David Zini, head of Shin Bet, secretly traveled to the United States on Saturday evening in his first foreign trip since taking up the position.

According to this report, Zini traveled to the United States to meet with FBI officials and discuss a set of “sensitive matters,” including violence by settlers in the West Bank and the secret return of Benjamin Netanyahu’s son from Miami to Israel amid Tehran’s plot to assassinate him.
