The appeals panel of the Ministry of Education, by issuing new rulings, has condemned two Kurdish teachers’ union activists, “Majid Karimi” and “Ghayath Nematī,” to forced retirement.

The Coordinating Council of Cultural Teachers’ Associations of Iran said that in the renewed review, the ruling of permanent separation for Majid Karimi and the permanent dismissal of Ghayath Nematī has been changed to “forced retirement.”
