Farzin Nadimi, senior researcher in defense and security affairs, told Iran International that the military doctrine of the Islamic Republic is changing, and the government will pursue both the development of missiles and, with higher priority, the pursuit of achieving a nuclear weapon in order to create maximum deterrence.
