Iran and Oman reached a new understanding regarding the Strait of Hormuz

Gharibabadi said that Iran and Oman have reached an agreement on arrangements for the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz; however, implementing this understanding depends on the fulfillment of U.S. commitments.
