🔶 Israel reports an attack on a Hamas commander at Al-Aqsa Hospital compound

Despite a ceasefire that has been in place in the Gaza war since October 2025, deadly attacks in the area continue, and Israel’s army has once again reported targeting a commander of the Hamas terrorist organization in central Gaza.

According to the report by the German news agency, Israel’s army said it carried out a targeted attack on the Hamas military wing commander in the Gaza Strip.

Based on a statement from the army, the person had been hiding in a medical supplies storeroom in a building next to Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the center of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army emphasized that the hospital itself was not targeted.

Officials at Al-Aqsa Hospital said that three Palestinians were injured in an Israeli drone attack.

According to reports from Palestinian sources, in other attacks, three Palestinians were killed by the Israeli army across the Gaza Strip.

Relief forces said that two Palestinians were killed in an airstrike on a motorcycle in the southwest of Gaza City.

According to the same sources, another Palestinian also died in an attack on a farm in the east of Deir al-Balah.
