🔻Istanbul will host the Spanish Super Cup in February 2027. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Atlético Madrid are the four teams taking part in these competitions.

🔹Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, and Osman Aşkın Bak, the Minister of Youth and Sports of Turkey, attended the official ceremony in Istanbul for the introduction and signing of the agreement.

🔹Raphael Lozano, the head of the Spanish Football Federation, said that the transfer of the matches from Saudi Arabia was mainly due to scheduling conflicts with the AFC Asian Cup, and that the decision to move the matches ahead of recent regional tensions is under review.
