🔶Member of Parliament: If U.S. interference continues, we will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz

Majid Dostali, a member of the Commission of Article 90 of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, said that U.S. interference in Iran and Oman talks regarding the Strait of Hormuz is carried out with the aim of advancing Washington’s expansionist policies, and that if this trend continues, Tehran will not be willing to reopen this waterway.

This member of the 12th parliament, in an interview with the official news agency of the parliament, said that the United States seeks to expand the policy of “control over oil” across the world.

Dostali claimed that Washington’s goal is to ensure that “not a single drop of oil” is moved without U.S. management and supervision.

This member of parliament accused the United States of “interference” in Iran’s and Oman’s decision-making as two countries bordering the Strait of Hormuz, and added that it is trying to create obstacles along the path of territorial and sovereignty-related agreements in order to pave the way for advancing the United States’ expansionist goals.
