🔺Meta reports removal of 756,000 accounts of Australian teenagers on Facebook and Instagram

▪Meta said that since the start of enforcing the ban on under-16s using social media in Australia, it has disabled more than 750,000 accounts belonging to or associated with Australian teenagers on Facebook and Instagram; an action taken under conditions of increased pressure from the Australian government on technology companies to effectively implement this law.
