Modi: We want to expand relations with Iran in the coming period

I met with Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, in Bishkek. Once again, I emphasized our commitment to strengthening India’s long-standing friendship with Iran in various fields. We want to expand and diversify our trade portfolio in the coming period. We also discussed the current situation in the region. India will continue to support all efforts to ensure lasting peace.
