Mohammadreza Aref, First Vice President of Masoud Pezeshkian, described the U.S. presence in the Strait of Hormuz as “illegal” and said: “Some people have become the owners of our land.”

He added: “Perhaps it would be better if we also went to the American gulfs and nearby islands and announced that we want to interfere there.”
