Moscow will regard any provocations against Minsk and attempts on behalf of the Kiev regime to destabilize the situation in Belarus as an encroachment on the entire Union State, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told TASS.

“Any attempts to destabilize the situation and provocations against our ally [on behalf of the Kiev regime] will be regarded as an encroachment on the entire Union State,” he stated.

Galuzin reiterated that the Agreement on Security Guarantees within the framework of the Union State has been in force between Russia and Belarus since March 2025, which stipulates “an obvious mechanism for joint response to any actions that may be qualified as a threat to the sovereignty, territorial integrity or constitutional order of one of the parties.”
