Mohsin Naqvi, Pakistan’s interior minister, met with Abbas Araqchi, the foreign minister of the Islamic Republic, during a trip to Tehran on Tuesday, 20 Mordad.

According to these reports, Iskandar Momeni, the interior minister, welcomed his Pakistani counterpart.

Islamabad has appeared as a mediator since the start of negotiations between Tehran and Washington, and the Pakistani interior minister has also visited Iran several times in recent months.
