Alireza Namvar Haqiqi, a political analyst, said that the reconstruction of the Taqaran (Karajan?) 2 nuclear center does not necessarily mean that the Islamic Republic is making a definite move toward building a nuclear weapon, and it could be part of Tehran’s leverage in negotiations. He added that if the United States and its allies reach the conclusion that the Islamic Republic has, in practice, placed itself on the path of building a nuclear weapon, the likelihood of any military action and the use of any method with the aim of stopping this process would increase seriously.
