🔻Razbeh Sineky, former goalkeeper of Gol Gohar Sirjan and Pars Jonoubi Jam teams, criticized the economic and livelihood situation of the people by publishing a note on his Instagram page.

🔹In that note, he wrote: “Nothing and no one is more important than Iran and its people, who are under all this discrimination and oppression, poverty and deprivation, and their bones are being crushed. Their purchasing power has dropped so much that fathers are ashamed in front of their children. Wretched single mothers who head households. All these young people’s bouquets—either they have been cut down or they have become unemployed and depressed, with an army of thoughts, fantasies, and regrets. We don’t even have the most basic citizens’ rights, and nobody is thinking of us.”

🔹During the protests of 1401 (2022), Sineky also had the names Mahsa Amini, Nika Shākərmi, and Hadith Najafi written on his captain’s armband, and he went onto the field with that armband. He was also detained for supporting the people’s protests against the Islamic Republic.
