The Pentagon confirmed that U.S. military operations in 2025 resulted in 153 civilians being killed and 243 others being injured. According to a CBS News report, all of these confirmed casualties were linked to three U.S. airstrikes in areas under Houthi control in Yemen.

Based on a report submitted to Congress:

April 6: 5 civilians were killed near Sanaa.

April 17: 80 civilians were killed near Ras Isa Port.
