Turkey maintains contacts with Russia and Ukraine regarding navigation security in the Black Sea, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said.

"As you know, grain from Russia and Ukraine is failing to reach global markets. So, we are receiving a lot of inquiries on this matter from various countries," Fidan said.
