🔹 The commander of the U.S. CENTCOM announced in a new video update that U.S. forces are still successfully carrying out the maritime blockade against Iran.

According to Admiral Brad Cooper, the CENTCOM commander, since July Iranian oil exports have been at zero, and no ship has entered or left Iranian ports without U.S. permission. In contrast, U.S. forces have helped commercial vessels that comply with regulations so that legal oil exports and goods can continue from the region.

CENTCOM forces have diverted more than 100 commercial ships to fully carry out the blockade.

This operation is carried out with interagency coordination and cooperation from regional partners, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other Gulf countries.

Admiral Cooper emphasized the continued mission by American sailors, Marines, and pilots, and said that while maintaining the flow of commercial shipping, U.S. forces have preserved the blockade effectively.
