〰 U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM):
❌ Allegation: In a recent statement, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has claimed that the attacks by U.S. forces to prevent the IRGC from laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz were “an aggressive act.” This claim is completely false.
✅ Reality: U.S. forces carried out limited and precise actions against the IRGC mine-laying forces, which posed an imminent threat in the Strait of Hormuz.
In fact, Iran created this threat itself, and the U.S. Army eliminated it in order to protect non-military mariners, commercial vessels, and the free flow of global trade.
