US Central Command (CENTCOM) said that US forces until September 2, during the implementation of Iran’s blockade, diverted the routes of 71 commercial ships, disabled three ships, and boarded two ships.

CENTCOM said that more than 40 ships carrying humanitarian aid were also allowed to pass.
