A citizen, by sending a video to Iran International, reported that on the first day of Mehr, coinciding with the start of the school year, several flag-bearing vans and vehicles equipped with loudspeakers entered Bratyeh School in Garmdar, playing dirges (noheh). A number of security forces also went to the school compound.
