Abbas Araqchi, the foreign minister of the Islamic Republic, in a message on the X social network, criticized France for its stances on human rights and international law.

He wrote that countries such as France should stop “lecturing the world on human rights and international law” and described this approach as “open and shameful hypocrisy.”

Araqchi also said that France’s support for “Israel’s genocide in Gaza” and its attacks on the Islamic Republic have removed any moral superiority this country may have.

At the end, the foreign minister of the Islamic Republic emphasized: “Your support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza and your attack on the Islamic Republic has erased any moral superiority you thought you had.”
