According to a report by Israel’s Channel 14, several Hamas members crossed the yellow line in Gaza last night, took Israeli engineering equipment, and returned to areas under Hamas control without being fired upon.

According to this report, Israeli army forces detected the incursion and requested permission to shoot, but senior commanders did not approve.

It was also stated that over the past week, more than 65 crossings of the yellow line have been recorded, and security sources claim that since the issuance of the order to limit Israeli forces’ firing in Gaza—except in cases of an immediate threat to people’s lives—these incidents have tripled.
