According to information received by Iran International, Hossein Molayi, the brother of Ali Molayi, was arrested on the Ahvaz route by the forces of the government, after being beaten and injured.

According to this information, he had gone to Ahvaz to accompany his sick father and to treat him, but he was arrested through physical assault by the forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the 24th of Mordad.

Ali Molayi had just been married, and during the 2021 protests in Izeh, he was killed by agents.

After his arrest, Hossein Molayi was transferred to Izeh County, but due to a broken hand and physical injuries, he was taken to the emergency department of the hospital in that city. He is now in Sheiban prison in Ahvaz. This member of the grieving family has two young children.
