As Typhoon “Dujuan” approaches Tokyo, heavy rainfall and powerful winds have forced people in parts of Japan’s capital to take shelter.

Officials have warned of the risk of flooding and landslides. The typhoon has also cut power to thousands of people and led to the early closure of one of the largest video game exhibitions in the world.
