▪ Marko Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, announced on Monday, 30 Shahrivar, that the United States, Japan and South Korea have formed the “Arctic-Pacific Triangular Partnership” to expand maritime cooperation and implement economic projects, including in the fields of energy and infrastructure.
