🔶 Daily traffic of ships through the Strait of Hormuz has fallen to six vessels

Maritime transport data show that the number of ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday, August 10 (19 Mordad), has decreased to six vessels, while the average over the previous 10 days was about 11 ships.

Data from the company Kpler, recorded up to early Tuesday morning, show that on Monday, four cargo ships entered the Strait of Hormuz and two ships also left this waterway. Two of the incoming ships were empty tankers, and the two ships that departed from the Strait of Hormuz carried liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and heavy fuels remaining from crude oil refining, respectively.

Before the outbreak of the war between the United States and Israel with Iran, normally 130 to 140 ships would pass through the Strait of Hormuz each day.
