Ebrahim Azizi, head of the National Security Commission of the Iranian Parliament, wrote on X: “The Iranian people will never forget France’s longstanding betrayals in issues such as contaminated blood, INSTEX, and snapback.”

Azizi added: “Continuing this trend and anti-Iranian actions will only make conditions for it more difficult.”

The remarks come as diplomatic tensions between Tehran and Paris have intensified in recent days, with both sides, in response to each other, expelling some of each other’s diplomats.
