🔻Eurozone government bond yields fall as optimism about a deal in the Strait of Hormuz narrows
Eurozone government bond yields have fallen. The reason for this has been reported as oil prices holding steady.
The yield on 10-year German government bonds, which are considered the main benchmark for the eurozone, has declined.
Traders had so far been waiting for more details about negotiations to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Oil prices today remained relatively low and steady, with the price of Brent crude unchanged at $88.90 per barrel.
