🔻Fars News Agency: Despite the oil sea blockade, Iran has enough oil to sell and to provide funding

🔻Fars News Agency reports that, based on information obtained from the Ministry of Oil, despite the limitations caused by the oil sea blockade, Iran has sufficient oil available for sale to provide the revenue needed for the 1405 budget.

Based on the Ministry of Oil’s data, the oil revenues projected in the budget have realized “99 percent” of the set amount during the first four months of the current calendar year.

Fars also reports that the Ministry of Oil previously transferred “$7.5 billion” from foreign-currency revenues derived from oil sales in the first four months to the Central Bank.

According to Fars, these foreign-currency resources cover the government’s foreign-currency expenses from Tir to Dey of this year.
