🔻Yasmin Ansari, an Iranian-born representative in the U.S. Congress, criticized the government’s military campaign by the Trump administration against Iran and called for the impeachment of Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Secretary of Defense.

She wrote in a post on the X network: “Over the past six months, since Donald Trump began his unlawful war against Iran, 120 children have died after a U.S. military strike hit the school where they studied. In addition, 18 American servicemembers have been killed. Americans are facing record-breaking gas prices, and Donald Trump and his sons have also continuously profited from investing in defense technology companies that have received government contracts.”

According to Ms. Ansari, neither Donald Trump nor Pete Hegseth has achieved any of the objectives of this war so far.

In her message, she added: “Soldiers, innocent children, and civilians have lost their lives for no reason. This war must end and Pete Hegseth must be impeached.”
