HRANA, the news organ of the Iran Human Rights Activists, identified the identities of 54 citizens who were detained during the Dey protests in Ardabil Prison.

These individuals are being held in the security ward of Ardabil Prison.

Based on HRANA’s information, of this number, 25 people have been collectively sentenced to a total of 49 years and three months in prison, and another 29 people are still awaiting a judicial decision in legal limbo.

Nationwide protests in Iran that the Islamic Republic violently suppressed began on December 7, 1404 (Dey 7, 1404) and reached their peak on December 18 and 19 (Dey 18 and 19).

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, has announced that the Islamic Republic killed 52,000 citizens in these protests.
