🔸Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced on Monday that, during the 40-day war, about 100 civilian aircraft were damaged in attacks by the United States and Israel or were completely destroyed.

🔸Ferzaneh Sadegh said in a press briefing that, of that number, only eight aircraft were “operational” and suffered complete destruction.

🔸She explained that the engines and parts of other aircraft that were not operational were used to repair active aircraft.

🔸According to Ferzaneh Sadegh, all 100 civilian aircraft damaged during the war were stationed at airports in various cities across the country.

🔸She added: “At most of our airports, damage was done to the fleet.”

🔸The minister of roads and urban development also said about damage to Iran’s maritime transport sector: “In the ports sector, about 140 vessels belonging to the private sector—which included small lorries, fishing boats, and small commercial boats—were damaged.”
