Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, said in a television program: “In our defense strategies, evolution has taken place, and since the time of the war we have been constantly evolving in a defense-political manner. After several rounds of negotiations and America’s breaches of commitment, reforms must be made in the Islamic Republic’s diplomatic behavior with the world.”
Rezaei continued: “Today, Iran is not like Iran before the war; this also applies to America, which is full of boasts, and the image of a peace-seeking, polished America has changed in the minds of young people.”
He added: “We will have transformation both in the management of war and in diplomacy, as well as in political-social matters, and new capabilities will enter the scene.”
Rezaei also said: “We will certainly use all the experiences of the past year in the coming battle, and certainly the future war will be different from the third war.”
