Nancy Grace Roman space telescope launched into space moments ago with a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket from the Kennedy Space Center.

The main five-year mission of the Roman telescope has been announced as studying dark energy and dark matter, as well as identifying thousands of exoplanets outside the Solar System.
