Pezeșkian: There are more than 1,500 companies in the country whose method of selecting their managers and board members has always been a subject of debate/ The criterion should be performance, not political, factional, party affiliation, friendship, or enmity

Our suggestion is that a specialized team select people based on competence indicators and evaluate their performance, and after a specified period, if the intended goals had not been achieved, take action to change them.

The criterion should be performance, not political, factional, party affiliation, friendship, or enmity. If I introduce someone, but an expert group determines that that person does not have the necessary competence, then we must accept that expert opinion.

A manager may not even accept me, but if they have the ability to run a set, they should be able to take on that responsibility. If we entrust a factory to a capable person and they can manage it properly, the country will benefit; the issue is not whether that person accepts me or not.
