🔶 Trump: We have entered a stage of decision-making regarding Iran

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, says that regarding the war involving Iran, they have entered a sensitive stage of decision-making.

On Sunday, 29 Shahrivar (20 September), in an interview with the American network Fox News, he emphasized that if Tehran does not change its behavior, major developments will occur.

Explaining his approach to this war, Trump said: “My question is whether and when to destroy the whole country? They should correct their behavior.”

The U.S. president, who says he has options before him, including completely destroying the country, bringing about its economic collapse, or reaching an agreement with it, added: “In the not-too-distant future, very big things will happen.”

When asked whether he is willing to meet with his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, during the United Nations General Assembly in New York, which begins on Monday, he replied: “Probably.”

The second phase of the war by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic began about seven months ago, and so far there has been no prospect of peace.
