🔶 Germany’s new support package aimed at reducing fuel prices
The German federal government intends to reduce the impact of rising prices at gas stations through a set of measures, and defends its multi-billion-euro programs as support for everyone.
Katherina Reiche, the German Minister of Economics, said: “We are taking action because citizens and companies now need tangible support.”
According to the Christian Democratic Party (CDU) politician, a planned cap on fuel prices and the reduction of 17 cents per liter of fuel will help both families and the handicrafts sector, medium-sized businesses, and industry.
