🔶 Hossein Padaran was executed on charges of “espionage for Israel”

Mizan News Agency, affiliated with the judiciary, announced the execution of Hossein Padaran on Saturday, 28 Shahrivar (19 September). According to this report, the citizen was accused of “transferring sensitive and classified information about military sites, including missile sites in Isfahan Province, as well as information about personnel at these facilities, to Mossad.”

The Mizan News Agency did not disclose the date of detention, the court branch handling the case, the name of the lawyer, or even the exact date of the sentence’s execution.

In a report by government media, it was claimed that Padaran, with “financial motives,” first attempted to cooperate with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) but received no response, and then made contact with Mossad.

According to the claims of officials of the Islamic Republic’s judiciary, after “establishing contact with a Mossad officer,” he received training in “encrypted communications,” “report writing,” and “protective measures,” and in several stages also received amounts of money in euros.
