🔻Iranian media have reported a fire at the Iran-Cola soft drink factory in Iranshahr, Sistan and Baluchestan.

While state-run news agencies have written about the “possibility of sabotage” as the cause of this incident, the Telegram channel Halvosh and Rasad Baluchestan, which cover news from this region, have reported the entry of at least “12 unidentified armed individuals” into the factory in the early hours of Sunday, the first of Shahrivar.

According to Halvosh, these individuals, by tying up the guards’ hands and feet, set fire to the factory’s “inventory of materials and packaging equipment.”

According to Rasad Baluchestan, firefighting operations began at around 7 a.m. local time at the factory, with the presence of 10 fire trucks.

No reports have been released so far regarding the identities and motives of these individuals, as well as the amount of damage caused.
