🔻 IRGC says it has shot down a drone over the Strait of Hormuz

Iranian media, citing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), reported that an American MQ-9 drone was shot down over the Strait of Hormuz.

The IRGC public relations office said, without providing further details, that the drone was hit by the IRGC’s “new air defense.”

Fars News Agency wrote that the drone fell into the waters of the Persian Gulf.
