🔻Ministry of Defense Spokesperson: Production and Upgrading of Ballistic and Cruise Missiles
The Ministry of Defense spokesperson has reported the continuation of the armament upgrade process, such as ballistic and cruise missiles, across various ranges.
Reza Taalayi-Nek said that “arms and ammunition production in the Islamic Republic has never stopped; it has continued steadily both before the war, during it, and after it.”
He added that, with the participation of “more than 9,000 private companies and the use of the capacities of the Army, the IRGC, and companies affiliated with the defense industries of the Ministry of Defense,” they have been able to create a defensive capacity that supports the continuation of the production process.
Regarding the cost of Iran’s military production, Mr. Taalayi-Nek said: “The unit cost of producing weapons, equipment, and ammunition in Iran is between 10 and 20 times lower than comparable foreign samples.”
