Qatar’s Foreign Ministry, by publishing a statement on the social network X, reported on the holding of a meeting of the foreign ministers of eight Arab–Islamic countries on developments in Gaza, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, attended the meeting on behalf of the country.

Based on the announcement by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the focus of the discussions among the eight Arab–Islamic countries was “President Trump’s 20-point comprehensive plan for peace in Gaza” and the ways to correctly achieve and implement this plan.

Foreign ministers of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Türkiye, and Pakistan attended this meeting.
