Rahim Kolij’s sister, one of those killed in the 2021 protests, shared a video of feeding stray dogs on the fourth anniversary of her brother and wrote: “In your memory and your endless love for animals.”

Rahim Kolij, 27, was killed on September 30, 2021, in Qa’imshahr by gunfire from government forces.
