🔻The IRGC Navy, in response to statements by Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America, about the Strait of Hormuz being open, said that this waterway is still closed to ships that intend to pass without coordination with the Islamic Republic.
The IRGC called the remarks by American officials about the Strait of Hormuz being open “an outright lie” and claimed that the purpose of these statements is “to control the price of oil” and to conceal the United States’ defeats.
The force also said that its control over the Strait of Hormuz is “completely decisive,” and that this situation will continue until the end of the United States’ military operation against Iran and the implementation of the commitments sought by the Islamic Republic.
