🔸Zelensky orders operations against Russia’s arms industries
Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, in a meeting with political figures and military commanders of the country, ordered that Ukraine’s forces carry out special operations against Russia’s arms-manufacturing industries.
In a post published on Facebook, he stated that this concerns “specific companies” that Ukraine has “identified.”
Zelensky added: “All participants in this meeting have received clear duties and assignments, and I expect these duties to be carried out fully.”
The Ukrainian president also said that the activities of Russia’s arms industries must be “limited in a tangible way,” but he did not provide any further details.
He complained that Russia continues to receive the elements it needs to advance the war in Ukraine with support from foreign countries. In this regard, Zelensky said: “We are seeing that every Russian missile, every Russian drone, and other [this country’s] weapons contain an element or sensitive parts made by other countries, and without their support, such weapons would not have been available.”
