🔺Bonyad Barumand reports the execution of 916 people in Iran over eight months

▪Bonyad Barumand, in a report, said that since the beginning of 2026, at least 916 death sentences have been carried out by the Islamic Republic.

▪Of that number, 15 death sentences were carried out only in the past 12 days.

▪The report states that many protesters are currently facing serious allegations and the imminent execution of their sentences. The issuance of these orders has been extremely hasty, unfair, and without observing due process.

▪This level of executions has been raised over just eight months, while previously the Iran Human Rights organization had reported the execution of at least 1,639 people in Iran in 2025 on various charges.
