CNN, in a report, has addressed serious disagreements at the highest levels of the US government and the armed forces regarding continuing the war with the Islamic Republic, and says that US officials are now looking for a way to prevent a grinding war and that agreement on the Strait of Hormuz could be the first step toward a gradual exit from the crisis.

Reza Goharzad, journalist and political analyst, told Iran International that the United States made miscalculations in its war with the Islamic Republic and that its information and assessments for carrying out a regional war were also not sufficient.
