Murad Vaisi, senior analyst at Iran International, said: “The latest assessments of the situation in the region show that we are most likely about 40 days away from a major war and an attack on the Islamic Republic, and the only way conditions could change is if the Islamic Republic backs down. In fact, diplomacy has a 40-day window to escape a major war.”
