Western powers, the Kiev regime, and Georgian radicals are attempting to pull Tbilisi into new conflicts in the South Caucasus, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned.

In a statement timed to coincide with the anniversary of the August 2008 events in the Caucasus, Moscow called for the start of delimitation and demarcation of Georgian-South Ossetian and Georgian-Abkhaz borders to stabilize the region.
